چکیده
Abstract In recent years, biomass generation in China has been steadily increasing. The high-temperature corrosion of the heating surface boilers is mainly caused by HCl and alkali metal chlorides sediment, which seriously affects efficiency safety degree economic utilization energy. this paper, products were characterized total-immersion experiments under constant temperature on different thicknesses 304 stainless steel various concentrations types chloride salts. Through thermal microscopy scanning XRD experiments, composition, characteristics, microscopic morphology flakes are determined to find out mechanism solution results show that a water bath at 80 °C, weaken resistance stainless-steel sheet destroying integrity its reticular structure, thus promoting chemical reaction between iron contained other elements generate rich iron. Meanwhile, among salts, catalytic effect saturated CaCl 2 0.1 mm 0.01 sheets °C most significant.

Corrosion Behavior of Stainless Steel Clad Rebar
Stainless steel clad rebar (SCR) was investigated because it may become a cost-effective means of controlling corrosion in concrete under very aggressive environments. Sound SCR (316L cladding) resisted corrosion in saturated Ca(OH)2 solution (SCS) with up to 5 wt% chloride. Cladding breaks on SCR induced significant corrosion of exposed underlying CS in SCS with only 1 wt% chloride. A computer...
متن کاملCorrosion at Sulphide Inclusions in Stainless Steel
Auger analysis was performed using a high resolution scanning auger electron microscope and auger electron spectroscopy. Elemental auger contour maps for corroded sulphide inclusions in stainless steel were presented. It was found that the copper enriched-manganese sulphide inclusions were uniformly corroded, which might be due to CU2S deposition on the surface of corroding inclusions. In contr...
متن کاملStress Corrosion Cracking of an Austenitic Stainless Steel in Nitrite-Containing Chloride Solutions
This article describes the susceptibility of 316L stainless steel to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in a nitrite-containing chloride solution. Slow strain rate testing (SSRT) in 30 wt. % MgCl₂ solution established SCC susceptibility, as evidenced by post-SSRT fractography. Addition of nitrite to the chloride solution, which is reported to have inhibitive influence on corrosion of stainless ste...
متن کاملExperimental and 3D Finite Element Studies of CW Laser Forming of Thin Stainless Steel Sheets
Laser forming as a springback-free and noncontact forming technique has been under active investigation over the last decade. Previous investigations are mainly focused on forming of large and thick workpieces using high power lasers, with less work on precision, micro-scale bending of small and thin sheets. In this work, a 4 W continuous wave argon ion laser is used as the energy source, and t...
متن کاملAccumulative Roll Bonding of Aluminum/Stainless Steel Sheets
An Al/Stainless Steel/Al lamellar composite was produced by roll bonding of the starting sheets at 400 °C. Afterward, the roll bonded sheet was cut in half and the accumulative roll bonding (ARB) process at room temperature was applied seven times. As a result, the central steel layer fractured and distributed in the Al matrix among different layers introduced by the repetition of roll bonding ...
